Although my subscription is due to be paid today, the site won't allow me to make a payment and as a result I can't use my account! I have sent an email to the helpdesk but no reply as yet! Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Also, the payment link reads ''Test Mode'' at the top and will not accept payments! My payment is NOT late as it is actually due today.... Really disappointed with how things are being handled

Hola a todos. Cuando empecé a crear fichas para mis alumnos había cierta publicidad que no molestaba a mis alumnos de 6 a 12 años. Ahora sí que les molesta porque me lo dicen cada día en el aula. Desde la pandemia el tamño de la publicidad ha crecido mucho, hasta tal punto que a veces ocupan más de la mitad de la pantalla y no pueden interactuar cómodamente con el dedo en la tablet u ordenador. Además han aparecido vídeos en ventana flotante que distraen mucho a los alumnos y eso perjudica su rendimiento. Reconozco que no tengo ningún plan de pago, pero LIVEWORKSHEETS me llamó la atención por su sencillez y claridad, y en la actualidad NO. Además, parecía destinado a una EDUCACIÓN UNIVERSAL efectiva, pero estos cambios en la publicidad no fomentan esa educación. Es una reflexión que quiero compartir y, si alguien puede, añoro trabajar sin tanta publicidad. Gracias.
