Irritating message

When my students want to access the page from a mobile phone it is really hard for them to get rid of the message about the new payment system - some can't do it, because they can't see the X to close it. Could you stop stop showing it, please, or make it smaller, or add a bigger CLOSE button so that they can close it easily?

Please ask your students to make their font smaller to access and click on the X at the top. I will ask our team to look into this further too.
