Hello,

We have been experiencing difficulties with the worksheets since last Saturday. It appears that whenever an assignment requires typing, the designated typing area either appears empty/unavailable or is incorrectly positioned, sometimes showing up in the upper-left corner instead of where it is supposed to be.

As a result, we are unable to complete the assignments properly. The issue also affects the submission process, as the “SUBMIT” button is not clickable.
 

Could you please look into this technical issue and let us know how it can be resolved? We would appreciate your assistance, as it is currently preventing us from completing and submitting the required assignments.

In the "My favorite worksheets" tab, when searching by keyword and attempting to navigate to the next page, the system redirects back to the general list of all favorited worksheets.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible; it is currently impossible to use the tab effectively.

I have a paid "Plus Annual Account" as an individual teacher. I had actually assumed that this would mean the links to worksheets I hadn't created myself would appear ad-free for my students. Did I misunderstand this? Or am I doing something wrong?

Ich habe als "individual teacher" einen bezahlten "Plus Jahres Account". Eigentlich bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass dadurch die Links zu nicht selbst erstellten Worksheets für meine Schüler werbefrei erscheinen. Habe ich das falsch verstanden? Oder mache ich etwas falsch?

Le asigné una prueba diagnòstica a mis estudiantes por medio de un enlace, ellos realizaron la prueba sin embargo no me registran los resultados, todos los estudiantes registran 0/10. Verifiqué realizando la prueba yo también y el resultado fue el mismo; no se registra nada, es como si no se hiciera nada en el test. 

NO DEJA PONER LOS NOMBRES DE LOS ALUMNOS TODO EL RATO SALE EN ROJO

I can't find how to suppress the students from previous years.

I see how to remove them from groups but not how to delete them altogether from my list of classes.
