Thanks for your message.
Unfortunately, once a student answer is deleted our system does not have a way to roll back. Once it is deleted the data is gone. I'll escalate this case to our team as a feature request (recover deleted student answers) for consideration for future updates on Liveworksheets.com.
Please note I can't promise what will be the result since our development team work on feature request based on demmand.
