Ive tried to upload multiple worksheets and continue to get error message that they exceed 5.5 mb. Is there a different formal I should be using to stay with in the 5.5 mb. Ive tried saving as PDFs, word docs and neither work 

Hello, I am trying to create accounts for my students, but it won't accept any password. I’ve tried creating the accounts myself, but that doesn't work either; the program won't even accept the passwords it generates randomly.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to you regarding a problem on the mailbox in my account. I do receive emails confirming my students have completed worksheets but I cannot access to their answers via the Mailbox tab in my account.

I would appreciate it if you could help me to solve this problem.

Estoy pagando el plan y cuando le envío a mi alumnado una ficha interactiva que encuentro en la plataforma liveworksheet les salen anuncios. Porque me ocurre esto si estoy pagando mensualmente.

What should I do as a teacher - when students are using ,,finish'' button, their worksbooks dissapear and I as a teacher can't see their points. What I am doing wrong? After repeating the same steps, everything is the same. 

It's possible to change time limit? I already set it few hour..  can i cancel it?
