how can I get a group that was deleted ?

I have reported this issue multiple times here in the "Community" and sent an email to tech support, providing links and screenshots, but it hasn't been resolved. After the students submit their multiple-choice assignment, all the boxes for the answers are messed up. I am wondering why your technical staff cannot fix this issue that has been ongoing for so long.

How can I recover a student's workbook?  I removed him from a grup to add to another and now his workbook is gone.

It's been a while since the audio files have stopped working on the worksheets.  

I reported the issue to the Customer Help via email on 14th November, 2024.

Got a generic reply on the 15th saying 'Our developers are aware and they are working to implement a fix.'  

It is the 20th today and the audio files are still not working in the workbooks.

Work has been held up and now it is not just the school - the parents are complaining as well saying the worksheets being assigned aren't working so the kids can't have audio support to finish the phonics worksheet.

I would completely agree and identify with the frustrations expressed by other users too.

I can't see some of my student's workbooks. Their names are in the group, but when I go to check their work it's not there.

Se puede hacer de forma manual como profesor. ¿Cómo? No soy capaz. 

Hi, I have been experiencing a problem with the listening activities. When I add them to a workbook, my students cannot play the audio but it works when I open the worksheet outside a workbook.

Cuando busco una Hoja,  los audios insertados se reproducen, sin embargo, al insertarlos en un libro dejan de hacerlo.

Me and my students are unable to play any MP3 file in Workbooks. It used to work fine, but a few days ago, the problem started.

Most activities I assign contain audios. Now I'm unable to assing new homework with audios.

The audio bars are different and unresponsive now.

About 6 days ago, my audio files inside the workbooks stopped working. I have reported it, but they don't work yet. My students are complaining because they're unable to play the audio files.

Audio bars even looks different. When you push the play button, it doesn't respond.

Can anybody help me solve this issue?
