When you disable a label for a workbook, it still appears. When you disable grades (choose "don't show the grades"), they still appear. Can you please fix these issues?

Is it possible, please please please to change the covers in the workbooks from white to transparent like it used to be?  It's SO DIFFICULT to manage my workbooks when I can't see what's in the workbook.  I have to hide them to keep the students from working ahead but I spend so much time covering and uncovering to see what's there.

I need to move some students to another group.

If I delete the student account from the previous group, and try to add the student to a new group, it does not accept the previous username (even though the account has already been deleted).

Is there any way to retain the same username while changing students to another group?

There's something I want to know for sure You said that for subscribers, no content is automatically erased, so will my workbooks be kept even if I stop subscribing and don't pay? Because I am wondering that if I have a long vacation then come back to school, I don't want to loose any of my workbooks that's why ...And as you know I don't need to subscribe when I have a long break!

Desde hace una semana y algo no puedo acceder a ninguno de los cuadernillos, ni a través del dashboard ni a través de los asignados a alumnos. A mis estudiantes les ocurre lo mismo y no pueden acceder a ellos para completarlos. Si les paso el enlace de una worksheet en concreto si pueden realizarla, pero no pueden acceder al cuadernillo al completo. Lo único que aparece es el error" The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later".

Llevamos así más de una semana. ¿Hay algo que puedan hacer al respecto?
