mine was just charged on the 27th and I do not want it. Can I get some money back or if i cancel then it just cancels it but not reinbursed for the months I did not use it for?

I have roughly 30 students and about 10 of them cannot make an account.  We have triple checked password requirements and cannot figure out why they are not being accepted.  Again this is effecting about a third of my students.  

I was trying to find a way for me to add the students in on my side but I can't find that either.

Please advice on how to get these remaining students added to my class.

There is seem to be a new sign in page what is the best way to access this page if they touch something they shouldn't they thrown out of the application.

un saludo a toda la comunidad. Necesito saber como cambiar datos de mi suscripción. concretamente los de la tarjeta de mi banco. Cancelé la suscripción actual para volver a retomar una nueva con datos nuevos y temo que se me hayan borrado todas las fichas que tenía guardadas. Cómo puedo hacer para cambiar los datos de la tarjeta? tengo que volver a suscribirme? Muchas gracias.
