Please help me to retrieve all my deleted students?

I have more students in a group, but I can't see the complete results. Only 50 results are displayed, I have 60 students on each group.

No se visualizan todos los resultados de los estudiantes, tengo más de 50 estudiantes en cada grupo, y sólo se visualizan 50 resultados.

Es posible que en un campo “value “se puedan poner comas en lugar de puntos en números decimales?

I really have a big problem. I wanna cry!!!
I really hope you can help me just the same way you have always done.
Today in the morning my students spent a lot of time doing a couple of exercises which were supposed to be delivered to my mailbox.
Right now that I´m checking it, it only has ONE result from 28 students who took 2 assignments. I was supposed to have 56 answers, and I only have that one.
I´ve refreshed it several times, but I haven't been able to see anything.
Please, tell me what to do, as it was a special day and I cannot bring those students back to the same classroom again.

I paid $77 for the service and it´s been a month there is an issue, apparently the payment wasn't registered and I have my receipt. Nobody at #liveworkhseets has solved this issue and it's been a month. I don't know how to get my refund, so if you are planning to subscribe, DON'T!!! Customer service doesn't work on this platform.
