Hello, last school year I paid for the 7 dollars plan and  I rememberd my students didnt have ads when doing theirworksheets. I am paying this school year and my students they can still see the ads, i was wondering why . thanks

Ya puse en cambiar idioma y no se cambia por completo la plataforma ,solo los encabezados se cambian a español y los demas contenidos estan en ingles

When I upload an audio element and save and view, the audio does not play.  All of my audios work except 5 of them.  Ive tried rerecording the audio and uploading new files but it does not work.

Раніше у застосунку можна було вибрати язик самого застосунку, зараз тільки 3 мови, які я не дуже розумію. Як змінити мову застосунку?

No sé a qué se debe, pero las fichas que enviamos de inglés, nos dicen algunos alumnos que cuando las abren para realizar, están en  español.

¿Qué puede estar pasando?

Sé que alguno de ellos, hace las fichas desde un teléfono móvil.
