I've reported by my students that the audios don't work in my worksheets assigned to them.

Can you please support me to deal with that as soon as possible.

How can I change my password if you won’t let me use the same email?

Hi , I haven't created a new worksheet in along time, and I can't anymore since the system doesn't upload my PDF file. Why can't I attach a PDF file  when I create a new worksheet? 

Los audios de mis fichas privadas en mis workbooks no se escuchan. Favor Ayudarme con esto lo mas pronto posible.

There are several problems, UK GB english and US spanish hasnt been working for some weeks (sound) and now MP3 uploaded audios arent either (they got deleted all of a sudden).... lets see what happen...

I have inserted the sound. It doesn't work on the computer and on the mobile phone

when uploading a pdf, click save doesn't appear. so you can't select insert option

We have a sound problem. It worked until now. Now something has happened. It doesn't work on my laptop, but it works on my mobile phone. What should we do? Please for your help and answer. Thank you.
