Help, my students can't see their right or wrong answers even after I selected the boxes for them to be able to check them

Aviso que recibo las respuestas en mi buzón pero no me muestra cómo unieron los ejercicios, sólo me marca en rojo o verde. Me gustaría ver cómo lo hicieron para saber los errores y ayudarlos a mejorar.

Aproximadamente uno de cada 3 de mis estudiantes no puede hacer el login. Imposible! Hemos intentado con lw_student_ / student_ / con el nombre original, nada funciona.

Hay forma de obtener algún tipo de soporte técnico de ustedes o van a seguir haciendo oídos sordos a todos nuestros reclamos???

Hello, in the old version of LW, the notification bell opened the link and the message appeared that a student had finished a file and you clicked it and it took you to the page but not now, you get the image of the notebook and you click but it takes you to the notebook tabs. Could you restore the notification function? Thank you. Ohh and the students have a hard time logging in because of the underscores in the users and the recaptcha.

Hola, en la antigua versión de LW , la campana de notificaciones abrías el link y te aparecía el mensaje de que un estudiante había terminado una ficha y le dabas  click y te llevaba a la pagina pero ahora no , te sale la imagen del cuaderno y das click pero te lleva a las fichas del cuaderno. podrían restaurar la función de notificaciones? Gracias. Ahh y los estudiantes tienen dificultad para ingresar por los guiones bajos en los usuarios y los recaptcha.

Would you please help me how to find the keys of the sheets now. I used to see the line " How does it work" in the old interface but the new one  I cannot find out.
