I'm having a terrible time getting students to sign up. They keep getting stuck and confused. Is there a way that I can register my own students for my class and give them their usernames and passwords I create for them?

I found an old video that made it seem possible, but I can't find that option now.

Is it possible for students to see the worksheet they´ve already handed in? Not the resault but the answers.

I've created a group but one of the students doesn't appear in the list. Even though it says there are 26 students, I can only see 25. When I try to add her again, it says that the email is already taken but it cannot be because the student is not in the group. I cannot find where she can be and it's almost impossible the email is taken because we're using the school domain.

My work just disappeared. It’s like the file got deleted — I was working on it, and suddenly it was gone. The program froze and crashed. What happened? Why did this happen? All my work is gone!

Problem with students recovering their passwords

Dear Liveworksheets team,

I am writing to ask for your help with a problem we are experiencing at our school. Our students are unable to recover their passwords because all external emails are blocked by our school’s security system. Only emails from the domain @escolajoanmiro.cat are allowed.

Could you please let us know how we can solve this situation so that our students can access their accounts again? Is there an alternative way to reset their passwords without receiving an external email?

HOW CAN I ADD STUDENTS? OR REGISTER NEW STUDENTS? PLEASE HELP ME

I have two students who tried to register and they some how can't access and sign in. 

It's like their account is blocked. 

I tried to create a new account for them but it says their account already exist with the given email and username. Could you please unblock these accounts?

 I need to get them into their respective groups.
