Before the renewal, the worksheet has a click button to see how to make worksheet with someone... but now i dont know where it is.... I think it's gone... 

Hello! May I kindly ask you when you can fix all issues?
1 my students can't join from my site
2 my students can't see workbooks though they are assigned
3 i can't upload a worksheet and start the process to make it interactive
4 mp3 doesn't work in old worksheets
5 i can't see any notifications when my student finishes the worksheet
6 when i go to notification i can't see the results. I have to join to student's account to check
 Will wait impatiently all your recommendations because i am desperate

After revewing the liveworksheet, the web browser screen has become too big on my cell phone. If I want to see full pictures ...I need to do lots of steps to do it.... I like the previous liveworksheet... it was ok to see full size of pictures and no problems.. 

Hi! I found a problem when the students click on the "finish" button, they can't see which answers are correct or incorrect, although I can see it in my mailbox. 

Also, the option "show right answers after checking the exercise" is not working even though I customized my links one by one again, but the options don't seem to save. 

I wish there is a solution soon for this issue, I find it difficult to continue using this website, which is a great ally in my live lessons and to give as homework!

Hi there! I usually share my screen and check the workbooks with my student and then we check the results together! Now the option doesn't appear and it has been difficult for me to do activities in class. Besides that, when I add some worksheet to "my favorites" it doesn't appear, I don't know where they go. It's so frustrating! Can anyone help me please? Thank you

Esta plataforma es de las mejores con las que he trabajado, sin embargo aún no logro comprender la actualización. Tengo dos interrogantes.

1. No tengo acceso a la información de la contraseña de mis estudiantes, era de gran ayudar el poder acceder a la misma para poder ayudar a los jóvenes cuando la olvidaban.

2. Mis estudiantes no han podido acceder a los libros de trabajo, hice el intento y en efecto no logro ingresar al libro. 

Le agradezco a quien me pueda ayudar.
