I am unable to add new  students due to the update how can I do so?

I´ve been having problems with students and parents. they say the platform changes their grades, many worksheets are not workable in their iphones, and many worksheets just show a circle going around but they cannot do any work. I think we deserve and explanation of what is happening and when the site is going to work properly. i had to go back to physical worksheets.

Some students have answered the assessment of my worksheet but the result are not the same with their answers in their android phone. 

For example they have answered correctly questions from part A, but in teacher's mail box shows that some questions in part A are not answered yet. How come? Please help 

Please remove the verification or change it for something less complicated. My students are getting upset because CAPTCHA verification is kind of complicated.
