I'm finding students that are appearing in their groups but I can not access them via the all students tab to assist them in resetting their passwords.  Thanks in advance for your help.

in the previous platfomr we could align answer boxes pixel by pixel, I can't seem to do it now,

any advice?

Students have completed homework and when I click on their workbook I can see their score. However, when I look at the group results or download the CSV file, I cannot see their score. Some scores that were previously there, have now disappeared. Why is this happening?

Why are the worksheets graded wrong? :( 

I have to be checking every exercise one by one because they all get lower grades even if the answers are right :(

I'm a little disappointed, I payed for a better version, and I think I'm having more problems than when it was for free. 

I've created my students accounts and one of them says 'inactive' when the student tries to log in. He disappeared from my 'all students' list, but he's still part of one of my groups. How can I reactivate it without changing his username?

How do I use an existing worksheet that is not of my own creation and track down the results of my students?

Am I able to edit students name once I have created an account for them or entered them in the old version of the website?

How do I find the student password? ( it was there in the previous version) if a student forgets their password

After the reconstruction od the page, I've been having several problems with my students:
* Some students can not enter the page: BAD REQUEST sign
* The score of the students are incorrect
* Some students can not login  - they know the username and login, but they can't access
* Some students forgot their passwords and we don't have access anymore

* We, as teacher, don't have access to the correct answers (how was it made?)

Can anybody help me, please?
I and my students used to love using this website, but now it's impossible to use it.
 

After my student finished his exam he clicked Save For Later and then Finish.  Nevertheless I didn`t receive a grade and there is a sign that said that he had done 0 activities.

He repeated the exam and this time he got a grade which we both could see in his account, but I, as a teacher was unable to see it in my teacher`s account so I decided to download the excel file, but it didn`t show anything.

The student answered the exam for the third time and this time he got a score and now I was able to see it in my teacher`s account.

Then, in the afternoon, I checked his grades but they had disappeared once more.

I am getting extremely frustrated because this is multiplying my work and it is affecting me physically.  Liveworksheets used to work perfectly and it was a pleasure to use it but now, it`s an annoyance.  Please help!!!
