Blocked accounts
Some of my students are telling me that their account got blocked, I guess it has to do with the fact that they didn't confirm their email, which is weird, because it said that they only needed to confirm in order to receive notifications. They did verify their account, but not the email. What can they do to get their account back?
I'm very disappointed, I payed a better version to have a better service, and it has been very bad :(
Hi - If you have students who are still blocked, please fill out the customer support form and provide the usernames/emails of the students who are blocked and we can unblock them. Thank you!
