Good afternoon! I'm not receiving my students worksheets on my email. Is there a problem or was something changed onthe way we get the students answers?

Hello everyone. I have created a worksheet where students have to say the numbers from 1 to 20, but it's impossible for this platform to identify the corresponding pronunciation. I have tried with different devices but it doesn't work.
