Help with creating new student`s accounts
Hi. I deleted my old students accounts and when I try to create new ones it tells me that that user name is already taken. I need to use the same user names cause I teach elementary and that user name followes the students from 1rst grade to 6th grade since I only have that user name for a particular student at the time and I always delete the old accounts I do not know waht the issue is.Plese Help!!!!!

Are you using the option Manage students (Re-add and Remove)? You can use it to delete student accounts.
If you need further assistance please provide me with a list of the usernames and email addresses you need to delete (email us at [email protected]), and we'll point you in the right direction.

I need to delete several students because I need to reuse their user names again.I use the option re-add and remove and it tells me I deleated them but when I try to use that user name again it tells me that user name is already name taken. It is very frustrating and task consuming.
