Problems for students registering and logging in !
To whom it may concern.
I have been using LIVEWORKSHEETS with my students for many years now and have never had any problems until now.
Indeed, I have encountered numerous problems since the site has been updated. Has this happened to anyone else?
- My students' usernames or passwords are systematically rejected and those whose GROUP request has been accepted cannot log-in !
I have wasted 2 whole lessons trying to help them! Only to see that a few students from my 3 groups of 28 have been able to access their workbook!
Please advise me or my students will be very disappointed as I will have to close their accounts.
Mokap, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues getting your students to login. Would it be possible to provide some more information regarding what exactly is happening? When you say their usernames and passwords are systematically rejected, do you mean creating their accounts or do you mean when the students are attempting to login?

I can't add my students because it says the key code doesn't exits
My students were able to join using the code and I see them. I assigned their workbooks, but now they can't log in. I'm stumped too.
