I tried today to create a worksheet three times. After every "save" or "save and view" the worksheet is not visible in the "my worksheet" version. The third time I added the worksheet to a workbook and there it appears. But I need to share the single worksheet with my students embedding it in a website.
Hi! This sounds odd! If you managed to add your worksheet to a workbook, it must be saved as a single worksheet! I see that you don't have any shared worksheets. Have you tried searching for your worksheet in "My Worksheets"? Have you noticed that there is an option to choose which worksheets should be shown - Private or Shared? Well, by default, "All" of them are shown, but maybe there was a glitch or sth. else., e.g., interruptions in connection.

Ruta, your pieces of advice sometimes sound like people are not smart enough to solve the problem.
Trust me If a teacher turns for help, it means the site doesn't work properly.

Zoya, Thank you. We all learn by making mistakes. I'm not an exception. I just tried to offer some support to Chiaramattioli85. Now, as I reread my post, I realize that my genuine surprise at what had happened can be easily misunderstood. Emotions are not very helpful on the forum. Thank you for reminding me of that. I still think that the worksheet itself is saved and not lost, it's just not visible. And I agree, it's definitely an issue.
It happens to me the same. The worksheet I have created is not visible nor in "my worksheet" either in public.
I have my worksheets in a workbook but it is impossible from the workbook to send through teams as a task. I am getting crazy!!!!!

I'm also on the Free plan. Just to check if it works, I created a new workbook a minute ago. No problem. Is it possible that you already have 10 workbooks? If so, please keep in mind that there is a limit of 10 workbooks with the Free plan.
Same problem for me. Created a new worksheet and added it straight into students' workbooks. It does not appear in the 'my worksheets' section though.... Very frustrating! Hopefully just a temporary glitch. TBH I am not a fan of this new site at all!
This is a new issue, it wasn't here two days ago. Yesterday, I couldn't believe that something like that might happen. Today, after seeing other members' complaints, I tested the system myself: I created a new worksheet, saved it, and added it to a workbook. And yes, as other members have already reported, it "vanished". It is in my workbook but cannot be found in "My Worksheets"!! In fact, I could skip mentioning workbooks. The new worksheet is NOT visible in "My Worksheets" just after creating and saving.

I'm happy to report that a solution has been put in place and the issue should be resolved. If you can review, all worksheets, students, etc., that were created should be visible and showing. Please let me know if you see it differently. Apologies for any trouble!

I'm writing to report a problem too. I've created various worksheets with audio! and they have vanished! gate 404 is the result. I used them last year, and this year they are gone. strikingly, they all had embedded audio. I have the link, yet should I post it here, a "spam message" turns up.
