I can't receive the result of students from the notification of liveworksheet although they send correctly to my email

I cannot log in to my account. My students cannot log in to their accounts. This happened in the past and I was told I had too many sessions open. I do not know how to close the sessions. Is their a button I can click on that can tell me if I have more than one session open?

I have the paid account. I thought that was the problem before, but it is happening again. Please let me know what to do.

I am teacher.

I follow the instructions yuo show about interact nworksheet. I upload jpg, I save it...ect, but the column of elements does not appear. I only get delete or save

Al terminar un trabajo puedo revisarlo pero no ver las respuestas para autocorregirme 

I have tried to connect Google Classroom and share quizzes but students can't enter. I created the groups and assigned homework (workbooks) to groups; they logged in via code and tried to solve quizzes but, again, everything stops. I'm not inclined to pay for a service whose free version works so bad.

I've just signed up for a standard plan to avoid  ads but, they keep popping up. What's going on?
