Please help My students can't log in

Good morning. 

Lately, we have started to have problems with many studentes. We use chromebooks in the school.

When they try to log in, they get a message "There was a problem with your form submission.

Please wait 300 seconds and try again. "

After waiting more than 300 seconds, the problem doesn't get solved. Even after some days :(

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Buenos dias: llevo todo el fin de semana intentando asignar alumnos a grupos y no hay forma. Podrían darme instrucciones claras de cómo hacerlo o simplificar el proceso??? Gracias

my students send me their worksheets and answers but i cannot see them, i only receive some like 3 or 4 but not all! what can i do about this. I used liveworksheets for a quiz and at the end of the day i could not find it . HEELLPP

Is there a way to archive current classes in preparation for new classes next year?

The students were unable to enter their names on the test because there was no field displayed for them to input their names.It pops a message saying that they should write their names but cannot find where. Can you help us?

Hola, al finalizar una tarea no deja a mis estudiantes ingresar sus nombres para enviar al docente. se finaliza la actividad pero no se abre ninguna pantalla para escribir sus nombres y pierden todos los resultados realizados.

Hace dos cursos teníamos cuenta educativa para que todos los profesores pudieramos compartir a los grupos de estudiantes, pero tras la actualización no conseguimos compartir los grupos y por ello lo dimos de baja tras varios e-mails pidiendo soluciones. 

Actualmente algunos profesores siguen usandolo de manera individual. ¿Hay alguna manera de los alumnos puedan ver los cuadernos de dos profesores diferentes?

The audio in "my worksheets" can be played , but when I upload it in "my workbook",  it does not work any more. Example: in my workbook "HSK 1 - 2024-2025" page 8.

Hola tengo antiguos alumnos que se registraron hace tres años y mas  pero ahora no aparecen en mi lista de alumnos y si intenta registrarse le dice que ese correo ya esta registrado. parece que este en el limbo.

como puede solucionarlo
