Hi, my drag and drop worksheet has some problems. The "drag" do not reflect the part I have encased during my edit. It looks find on the computer, but no on phone. Please assist. Thank you!

Some of my students have created teacher's accounts instead of student's. I have tried to delete them but they can't sign up because their email address has already been used (by them by mistake). How can we delete those accounts for good?

I'd like to create a drag & drop activity like this: 1 correct answer (drag ID:1) and 1 incorrect answer (drag ID:2), with only 1 drop area (drop ID:1)... How can I set this up so that if drag ID:1 is dropped into drop ID:1, and drag ID:2 is untouched, then the activity is scored as 100% correct?

The current setup described above will score drag ID:2 as incorrect because it was not dragged into a corresponding drop area (there is no drop ID:2). Additionally, if drag ID:2 is set up as drag ID blank, it will also score as an incorrect answer.

I've been trying to add a youtube link to the Youtube Element and the "save" bottom doesn't save it. I press it and nothing happens. Is there a massive problem? When is it going to be fixed?

Hello.   When a worksheet requires an accented vowels in the response, we do not know how to add the accent,  Also if there are spelling mistakes on a worksheet how can I fix it before assigning it to my students. I primarily use Italian worksheets.

When my students try to look at their completed assignments they appear blank, no answers, no scores. I can see their work but they cannot. Where can they go to see their finished work?

I've tryed to normally edit a new worksheet, but the youtube player didn't save the link. No notifications provided. Is it a permanent arrangement or should I expect it to start working, if so, then how soon?
