I just tried logging in.  I am able to log in but when I registered, it did not direct me to a payment page.

I've been trying over the past couple of days to subscribe - single teacher - annual.

Once I input the details on the first page, I get a message saying '404 - resource not found'

Kindly sort this out soon as the school year has already begun and I need to start putting the workbooks together soon.

Hello everyone ,I am tryng to embed my activities in open edx edunext but they only appear as links. Any ideas? I turned VPN off and quizziz, padlet, learningApps appear, but not liveworksheets.

Hey you guys, there's a problem when I add the ws to the folder. If I play the audio in the ws, it is ok, but when I add it to the workbook and enter a preview mode of it, only 1 track out of 5 is playing (I'm taking into consideration two ws I uploaded).  It looks strange as well. Any reason? can you please fix that? The school year is just around the corner 🙈

I have no idea why, but I’m having trouble paying the subscription fee. I’ve updated payment info multiple times, I even added an alternative card - still no luck. I have contacted your support 4 times so far but got just got one answer,  from Igor just once.  Maybe there is a link I can use to pay for it manually? I’ve never had such issues before.

Why notifications menu is always empty? When I click on the "bell" it always display an empty menu and my students are making workseehts from my workbooks.

My students can not find where to write their names before submitting the worksheet. It pops a message saying that they should write their names but cannot find where. Can you help us?

I sent a custom link to my students but they kept on getting an error message that they should type their name but there's no textbox wherein they could type their name

if we can get free interactive worksheets on code monkey, it will be very helpful for my students.
