the drag and drop does not check the answers correctly, it is counting correct answers wrong

After I check the lexical checks, correct the mistakes, and put the grades, my corrections and grades disappear after the students open the document to see what they received. Is it possible to fix it so the grades and corrections wouldn't disappear automatically every time the document is opened?
