Hi, I created a worksheet. I use chrome browser on both PC and Ipad. The voice on PC is a male but when I open the same worksheet on ipad the sound is female or childlike. And the pronunciation is low quality. What could be a solution to this?

I'm trying to use the same login and password I use here but it says it's wrong. Also, I currently pay $10.20 but the subscription will be cheaper ($7.00) in the new version. Do I have to change the type of subscription? Or the change will be automatic?
