Please, many users are concerned about the new website. Are our accounts going to be transfered automatically to the new version? Or...do we have to register again? We don't want to lose the worksheets made.

What will happen with the my subscribtion on the new website? I can see that the subscription plan on the new website is different from the old one. Do I need to subscribe again? My current plan is more expensive as it will cost on the new website, so how it will work? Also, my payment information is stored in the old system, won't I be charged twice?

when I create an action box on the worksheet, it turns out that afterwards the action box shifts. This ruins the whole exercise, because the boxes have to be exactly where I created them. Can someone please help me? Thank you in advance

While uploading pdf file the image doesn't appear and no further steps can be done.

Hello, everybody. A friend of mine would like me to share with her a set of private liveworksheets I have created so that she can make some changes to them in order to customise them for her students. I have no problems sharing my private worksheets with her, but I don't know how to do it. The idea is that she can edit them as she pleases and she is able to have them in her liveworksheets account. Do you know if this is possible, if so, how can I do it? Thanks in advance!

I'm writing to you in order to give some suggestions as well as problem of your site.First, Could you please choose another signing in option? Could you please replace clicking on images by entering captcha code? It's complicated and difficult to click on images correctly so we have to try many times to sign in successfully. That takes too long to sign in. So please change to Captcha.Seconddly, there are some problem with the answer keys. Some exercise pages have wrong answers although we composed them with correct answers and we checked them carefully before. So please fix this big problem.Thank you

Can someone explain how to open the style box to chang the colour on a drag and drop worksheet please? My bowes are on an image so I can't see where to put the words.

I am hoping that someone who uses the school version with connected teachers might share some wisdom with me. We jumped into this without a good plan. Survived year 1 and would like to start year two with the proper organization. Maybe we could connect via WhatsApp, email, or messenger. Thanks
