WRITING
Students read about time zones. They count backward and forward to draw the times on all the clocks to show what time it is in three other world cities when the boy is doing these four different activities. They use the times on the clocks to help them complete the sentences.
Students think of five activities that they do in a day and decide what children in the other cities on the worksheet would be doing at that time.
Look at he clocks and write the time. After you have finished use the mic to record your answers
General Instructions:

This scaffold supports learners who can produce language with moderate support. Students complete the guided structure to create their own Christmas stanza, following the 8-syllable pattern (2-2-4) and 5-syllable final lines.
(8 syllables pattern)
Choose one option from each column to create a grammatically correct line. Not all combinations will be correct. Read the sentence and check that it makes sense before writing it in your stanza.
