Cannot pay to renew my subscription, although the card is valid

Hello,
My subscription renewal failed twice.
Now the order is stuck as “needs payment” and there is no option to pay or renew.
I have re-added the card and made sure it's valid.

Could you please cancel or reset the pending order so I can complete the payment? Or please advise what shall I do otherwise.
