It's been a while since the audio files have stopped working on the worksheets.  

I reported the issue to the Customer Help via email on 14th November, 2024.

Got a generic reply on the 15th saying 'Our developers are aware and they are working to implement a fix.'  

It is the 20th today and the audio files are still not working in the workbooks.

Work has been held up and now it is not just the school - the parents are complaining as well saying the worksheets being assigned aren't working so the kids can't have audio support to finish the phonics worksheet.

I would completely agree and identify with the frustrations expressed by other users too.

I'm having problems with the listening worksheets. Apparently, once I add them to my workbooks I can't hear them anymore. Am I the only one experiencing such problems? Am I doing something wrong?

I can't see some of my student's workbooks. Their names are in the group, but when I go to check their work it's not there.

It's been a while since this issue was reported, and nothing has been done to resolve it. I've been a liveworskheets user for years, and it's sad to see how the quality of the service declines. There are always glitches, and the community rubric is full of spam. I am thinking of stopping my subscription and finding an alternative; luckily, it's not a problem to find a similar platform nowadays.

Hi, I have been experiencing a problem with the listening activities. When I add them to a workbook, my students cannot play the audio but it works when I open the worksheet outside a workbook.

The audio in "my worksheets" can be played , but when I upload it in "my workbook",  it does not work any more. Example: in my workbook "HSK 1 - 2024-2025" page 8.

I am trying to create a group of students. After filling the username and password fields with the proper characters, a notice appears saying "please use only the allowed characters in your input fields..."

Please, let me know what I can do to solve this problem.
