The students complain about their correct answers turned wŕong after they sent them and they are getting a low punctuation,  all this is happening after the platform was changed

I have 2 liveworksheets account and when I wanted to use only one account on liveworksheets, the one I wanted to  be deleted was blocked without removing my public files that I decided to do so to do not be confused. Now ( I need help to delete my public worksheets for that account)

My students submitted worksheets from July 20th, but my mail is EMPTY.

I want to get back my students' worksheets no matter how much I have to pay.

Does anyone know how to close a teachers account?  I am not using the platform, but the system keeps trying to charge a debit card I don't keep funds on.  It is causing my bank to charge me every time for a decline transaction fee which is piling up.

Will they even reimburse me for this?  I have sent several messages requesting that they deactivate my account but no reply thus far.
