I am not getting how to make cross word worksheet .. I have select the grid then ? how I can write the correct answers

The audio in "my worksheets" can be played , but when I upload it in "my workbook",  it does not work any more. Example: in my workbook "HSK 1 - 2024-2025" page 8.

I am trying to create a group of students. After filling the username and password fields with the proper characters, a notice appears saying "please use only the allowed characters in your input fields..."

Please, let me know what I can do to solve this problem.

It has been about a month since I realized that all listening exercise worksheets I have chosen are not working and even the past ones aren't working either. I have been using Liveworksheets over the years, and I have always had good service. I can only imagine this is a departure from your usual high standards and  I am sure you will be able to resolve this situation in a satisfactory way.

Cuando busco una Hoja,  los audios insertados se reproducen, sin embargo, al insertarlos en un libro dejan de hacerlo.

Me and my students are unable to play any MP3 file in Workbooks. It used to work fine, but a few days ago, the problem started.

Most activities I assign contain audios. Now I'm unable to assing new homework with audios.

The audio bars are different and unresponsive now.

About 6 days ago, my audio files inside the workbooks stopped working. I have reported it, but they don't work yet. My students are complaining because they're unable to play the audio files.

Audio bars even looks different. When you push the play button, it doesn't respond.

Can anybody help me solve this issue?

I would like to ask you that if we are able to download audıos of worksheets.?I couldn't manage to download.If ıt's available for us to download,could you please help me?

Hola tengo antiguos alumnos que se registraron hace tres años y mas  pero ahora no aparecen en mi lista de alumnos y si intenta registrarse le dice que ese correo ya esta registrado. parece que este en el limbo.

como puede solucionarlo

Hope someone can help, I cannot hear the audios inserted in Liveworksheets, I can only hear the videos.
