I published a new worksheet and when trying to submit it, my students get an error box "Please enter your name" with no place to enter their name. 

What sould I do?

Buenas tardes, el 30/10/2024 se recibió en la cuenta del centro el cargo de 528,80€ sin que hayamos procedido a la renovación ni a solicitarlo. Ruego nos indique como solucionarlo ya que no vamos a utilizar este aplicativo. 

 ¿Tenemos que realizar alguna otra gestión para anular la inscripción y que se nos devuelva el importe.?

The reason I’m writing is that I would like to know if it’s possible to upgrade my account to premium while consolidating all the live worksheets I’ve created. In other words, I’d like to have all my live worksheets in a single account.

I’ve created other accounts to manage the large number of students, but it has become somewhat challenging and, at times, confusing to select the correct worksheet.
