Good morning! I have deleted most of my students. Now, I just have 35 students and the system does not let me change my subscription (plan) stating that I do have more than the allowed amount of students. I have restarted my computer, logout of my account and still unable to switch the plan. Today is the last day!

In the listening tasks when you choose GB language, it doesn't work? if you chane into US English it works. Can you try to repair it? There are good worksheets? that can't be used. Thanks

I really like this site but the terribly weak point I sense at the moment is the lack of a prompt response (no response at all) by the developers to the customer's questions. It would be fantastic if this point could be improved, ASAP please

I want to know if the plan teacher 250 is available to select it because I want to continue in this great platform because if it is not posible to do it due to the prices are very high I woudn't have any other choice to move my worksheets to top worksheets where everything is unlimited for 10 dollars so please help me to select that plan to continue here , I hope you can help me thanks

Tengo un problema, quiero renovar mi cuenta de centro pero solo me deja pagar con tarjeta y el centro no puede hacerlo por este método. Hay alguna otra forma de pago? Gracias

Olá, Estou com problemas no pagamanto da minha subscrição mensal que entretanto já caducou há um dia. Onde é que consigo alterar os dados para pagamento ou alterar o plano de subscrição? De momento, nem deixa selecionar outro tipo de plano nem surge os preçários. Obrigada!
