What am I doing wrong? I have tried four times, following instructions. Thanks for your help

I have tried to connect Google Classroom and share quizzes but students can't enter. I created the groups and assigned homework (workbooks) to groups; they logged in via code and tried to solve quizzes but, again, everything stops. I'm not inclined to pay for a service whose free version works so bad.

I've just signed up for a standard plan to avoid  ads but, they keep popping up. What's going on?

Not all students' works were sent to my mail box after they completed the task, although I made a custom link that gave to all my students. And only have of the works appeared in my mailbox, but the students sent me screenshots as a propf that they really completed the taks. Where can I find the vanished works?

my students have sent answers on NOv, 19th. I checked in the moment and I had received the notification in my mail box. But now they are missing and I did not eliminate them. how can I fin them? I need them ASAP

Why don't I get results ?

I was wondering if you could help me with my worksheets since some of them have been erased. I had 30 worksheets and now I have 21. 

I will be pleased if you could find a solution for this issue. I don't want all those hours of work to go to waste. 

After creating drag and drop pairs based on the instruction labeled at the drop and drag tolls it doesn't work.
In the "view" option the drag boxes are movable and can be placed to the correct places but the drag boxes are blank/empty.

I have been considering buying the standard plan to get rid of the ads.  My students have not been able to use the site this year because the ads are making their old laptops run too slowly.  I am wondering if I will be able to cancel the plan if it doesn't help.

is it possible to cancel everything so we can start from zero again ?
