I use this website for my son's homeschooling. I have recently added Bible Study as a subject, but when creating the worksheets, it does not give me the option to select "Bible Study" as a subject, nor does it allow me to add it as a subject. Is there a way to change this?

I understand your point.
For now, we have created 5 main subjects, you can try to fit the content of your worksheet with the more similar option.
For example please see screenshot attached. The subject could be Social studies, and then you can add bible to the title of your worksheet.
