Hi community!
Is there any option to delete all the groups of my school?
We have been using this tool for some years and we have a lot of groups created by the teahers in the past.
Now we want to start from scratch, with new groups ans students accounts.
One more question, could you give advice about how to manage the groups / workbooks / students accounts? we have large school plan since we have lot of students and teachers.

I erased all the students and groups I had last year and I would like to register this year's new students. I've been trying to do so and nothing happened. I prefer to register my students myself, it actually saves time and i can keep control on their usernames and passwords.

I've been trying over the past couple of days to subscribe - single teacher - annual.
Once I input the details on the first page, I get a message saying '404 - resource not found'
Kindly sort this out soon as the school year has already begun and I need to start putting the workbooks together soon.

Hey you guys, there's a problem when I add the ws to the folder. If I play the audio in the ws, it is ok, but when I add it to the workbook and enter a preview mode of it, only 1 track out of 5 is playing (I'm taking into consideration two ws I uploaded). It looks strange as well. Any reason? can you please fix that? The school year is just around the corner 🙈

I have no idea why, but I’m having trouble paying the subscription fee. I’ve updated payment info multiple times, I even added an alternative card - still no luck. I have contacted your support 4 times so far but got just got one answer, from Igor just once. Maybe there is a link I can use to pay for it manually? I’ve never had such issues before.
