Cannot make PAYMENT
Hello.
I have no idea why, but I’m having trouble paying the subscription fee. I’ve updated payment info multiple times, I even added an alternative card - still no luck. I have contacted your support 4 times so far but got just got one answer, from Igor just once. Maybe there is a link I can use to pay for it manually? I’ve never had such issues before.

I have just returned from vacation and carried out your recommendations, I have updated my card (for the 3rd time) but seeing that lyour team cancelled my subscription have upgraded from free to busy teacher. and things seem to be working.
It's been very frustrating for me and I hope your colleagues give the customers the proper attention since all I ever got from them was automated responses. Liveworkseets were never so impersonal as they are now, which is a great pity.
