Hi I have a question for the subscription! If I cancle the subscription, my workbooks will be lost and can't use them anymore? Or workbooks are saved and it's able to use it when I pay it again? 

Desde hace un par de días, nopuedo acceder a los worksbooks que tengo creados (mis alumnos, sí pueden), por lo que no puedo agregar mas fichas ni modificar las que tengo en cada cuaderno. Cuando clico em My wokbooks aparece el mensaje: The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

Así llevo varios días. Alguien puede ayudarme, por favor?

¿Puedo compartir cuadernos de trabajo con otros profesores, aunque sean de otra escuela o no estén conectados a ninguna?

I have a problem with the fact I used to be able to see the worksheets in the student view and see the numbers of worksheets as my student does. I don't use use the option "set as homework" or something as it's much easier for me to just give the numbers of worksheets to my students. As now in the student's view I can see all the worksheets (both hidden and shown), a couple of times now we have had misunderstadings of what worksheets to do. Is there an option now to see the workseets without the hidden ones (as the student sees them)? The only solution to my problem from my part I see is to show all the worksheets to the students and just use numbers but what is the point of the "hide" option then?

PS Went to the preview mode now to make screeshots and saw that now hidden worksheets are not even shown hidden in the students mode, so I got even more confused - do they see the worksheets now? It's very saddening and confusing.

PPS And when I tried to upload 2 screenshots here to show which worksheets are hidden in fact - to compare teachers and students view - I could download only one(

Some of my students are telling me that their account got blocked, I guess it has to do with the fact that they didn't confirm their email, which is weird, because it said that they only needed to confirm in order to receive notifications. They did verify their account, but not the email. What can they do to get their account back?

I'm very disappointed, I payed a better version to have a better service, and it has been very bad :(

en todos los cuadernos de trabajo las fichas aparecen borrosas. No puedo tener una imagen clara de ellas.

Hi, I have an issue with ws preview inside a workbook. It's all blurry today as if it were hidden. I tried reloading/ logging in and out/ pressing 'show all pages', still no luck. It's challenging because I wanted to change the workbook content and I need a full preview on that.

With the update of the site, it is only possible to download the students' results in CSV. In the old version you could choose between CSV and XLS which is easier for some teachers to work with.

Is it possible to add the chance of downloading in XLS format?
