Esta plataforma es de las mejores con las que he trabajado, sin embargo aún no logro comprender la actualización. Tengo dos interrogantes.

1. No tengo acceso a la información de la contraseña de mis estudiantes, era de gran ayudar el poder acceder a la misma para poder ayudar a los jóvenes cuando la olvidaban.

2. Mis estudiantes no han podido acceder a los libros de trabajo, hice el intento y en efecto no logro ingresar al libro. 

Le agradezco a quien me pueda ayudar. 

Hola equipo! Sólo 20/60 workbooks y trabajos de mis alumnos ha migrado del sitio anterior. Son trabajos muy importantes, tanto para los alumnos como para mí. Ya hice la migración manual, ya esperé casi 72hs, pero la cantidad de workbooks no cambia y mis alumnos siguen sin poder recuperar sus trabajos. Necesito saber si van a recuperarlos a la brevedad. Gracias!

Can’t find my students’ password in. My workbook. What should I do?

The old version is better because this one is often log out and I have to log in many times and it also is hard to log in.

Hi,

Frankly speaking, I am not used to the newly changed liveworksheets.

I prefer the previous version to the new one.

Questions:

1. I can't see my students' passwords..

2. According to my students, they couldn't solve the assigned worksheets with their previous account information.

3. Should students register again ?

4. Is there any other way to go back to the previous version of Liveworksheets..? I want to cancel my subscription due to the more complicated Liveworksheets access mode and unfamiliar screen display..
