Registering students
I am having the worst time with this new update and layout. My students are having the hardest time even finishing the registration process. They click on the link to verify their email and it says they are blocked or that they don’t have access. I am about to cancel my paid subscription. It shouldn’t be this difficult for high school students who are tech savvy. Anyone else experience this?
I agree, it shouldn't be that difficult. Wondering what the issue could be, so I took a look at your account and tried creating a test student account in your account, "LW Test Student", but wasn't able to replicate the problem. I can also see that you have students that have been able to get access to their accounts, so its unclear what that could be. If possible, could you create a support ticket referencing this with a link to this post with some names of students that are experiencing this issue and we'll review it? We don't want to ask that you post student names here on public forum.
