All my WB pages are missing on this account. However, my linked teacher accounts can access them.

Please. We have asked form migration, we have contacted support, and we have had no reply. However, today, you did charge my credit card, which, to put it mildly, angers me a lot.

Please can someone step up and at least reply?

My students submitted worksheets from July 20th, but my mail is EMPTY.

I want to get back my students' worksheets no matter how much I have to pay.

Does anyone know how to close a teachers account?  I am not using the platform, but the system keeps trying to charge a debit card I don't keep funds on.  It is causing my bank to charge me every time for a decline transaction fee which is piling up.

Will they even reimburse me for this?  I have sent several messages requesting that they deactivate my account but no reply thus far.

If I have set my worksheets to 'private', why should I still have to fill in unnecessary details like age, language, topic, sub topic etc? For EVERY sheet? Why?

I make 26 questions with 26 grade

When student  has 4 errors the grade decreased More than 4

Why,

The answers the students sent to the mailbox do NOT appear. What happened? How can I see them?

The opacity level in hidden worksheets is too high. Please bring it down. Otherwise, it becomes a time waster. Hidden worksheets are currently easier to see if we open any student's workbook.
