How can I find users?

Well I think that is just too much!

And the banner about upgrading that pops up every time you open a new tab is really a bad idea. No, I don’t want to upgrade. At this point it’s the matter of principles — annoying your users just so they’ll pay you is pathetic. I understand that you need ads to keep maintaining the website. But you made it cover the content. You offer to solve the problem with upgrading — and again, the way that offer is showing just drives me crazy — but you are the one who created that problem! There are a lot of other issues too. The new version of the website is just awful. 

Three times this week I have had to repeat worksheets because they refused to save - a total and utter waste of time.  

Just wanted to say thank you!! I was really sad because the code was not arriving to my email and was not able to check my ss work.Today the problem was solved and was able to enter with my passwords again. Thank You soooo much  for listening  to our needs!

It has happened a quite a few times now.  I comment on students  errors and save my comments, then, a day later the comments have disappeared.    it is very frustrating and more so because I have to REPEAT my comments.

The verification code is a waste of time!!!  Please disable it to save us time!

Please, delete the verification code when log in. For teachers who have more than one account because of different courses it is a waste of time!! We are constantly log in and log out from our own device, which already has a specific password. Please, do not make things more difficult than they are now!

 Just wanted to know if everytime one enters as a teacher a code will be sent to our email?Will this also be for students? I just think that it was easier to enter the page before.I am also struggling with the audios on the worksheets.Hope you guys can fix these amazing materials soon.Thanks

It's been a while since the audio files have stopped working on the worksheets.  

I reported the issue to the Customer Help via email on 14th November, 2024.

Got a generic reply on the 15th saying 'Our developers are aware and they are working to implement a fix.'  

It is the 20th today and the audio files are still not working in the workbooks.

Work has been held up and now it is not just the school - the parents are complaining as well saying the worksheets being assigned aren't working so the kids can't have audio support to finish the phonics worksheet.

I would completely agree and identify with the frustrations expressed by other users too.
