Ads still appearing after upgrading to Pro plan

I recently paid for the Pro plan (USD 77/year), which indicates that the account should be ad-free. However, I am still seeing advertisements on the platform.
Could you please check whether my subscription is correctly activated on my account?
If needed, I can also send you my account email and payment confirmation.

Yes, I can confirm the subscription is active. And the issue is solved.
Please request your students to log into Liveworksheets to hide the ads. Remember they will need to log in, otherwise the ads will be visible.
