Hi everybody!

How do I use an existing worksheet that is not of my own creation and track down the results of my students?

Is it possible?

Thanks!

Hi Cris! Yes, it’s possible. There are three ways to do that:
1. Sharing a Link to a Worksheet: You can share the link of a worksheet and ask students to choose the option "Email my answers to the teacher" after finishing. No student accounts are needed, but you will have to provide them with your email address or a 'secret' code for entering the form after they click 'Finish.' You will receive their answers in 'My Mailbox.'
2. Using a Custom Link: No student accounts are needed for this method, but a Custom link allows you to set additional options such as a time limit, and you can prefill certain fields for a student. I typically use this method, and prefill everything except for the student's name. Again, you will receive their answers in 'My Mailbox.'
3. Utilizing Workbooks: This option requires some preparation. You need to add worksheets to a workbook and instruct students to complete them, either as in-class work or as homework. Student accounts are needed for this option. You have to either register them or ask them to create accounts and then invite them using a group code. You receive answers in My Workbooks>Group Results.
