Hello Meilisa, the purpose of interactive worksheets is to be automatically graded. When it comes to Open-Answer Questions, there is no one correct answer that can be evaluated automatically. So anyway, you'll select the "Don't show grades" option for grading and manually grade the WS, won't you?

No Ruta. The Open-Answer works like some extra-grade. The student must be aware of his answers without needing to know the open-answer grade, just like a regular text. Imagine you in a school, after a test you check all the alternatives with your classmates and realize you got everything right so you got a good grade, but there was an open-answer question, so you just wait for this grade, you don't need to wait for all grading. So, your example is NOT how open-answer works for everybody.

Aparently there's no option to add an open-answer textfield, but it's very important to have that option, because sometimes students have to answer questions about themselves and we as teachers can't set the correct answer, a simple question like: ''Tell me a little bit about your last vacation?'' Each student will answer differently, and teachers will have no idea about what answer the student will type, and this question is just an example, but there are multiple question that the student may answer and the teacher can't pre-record an expected answer. The option was available in the previous version, and I think it should be available on this new version, too.

TEXTFIELD ELEMENT SOLUTION - Follow @MR_STRONGMAN 👍on Tiktok for ✨🏆GREAT MATERIAL🥇✨ Advanced idiomatic expressions in English with real video clips, Advanced Vocabulary such as phrasal verbs, Advanced verbs, Advanced adjectives, and more. ✅
✍ SOLUTION:
Are you trying to see the ANSWERS as we used to?
Is there a message " Textfield Element " and you cannot see the answers?
Do this:
1. Got to the part that says; " My Workbooks "
2. Click on " Add workbook " (Note: It's optional if you have already one or more created)
3. Go to the exercise which you want to see the answers.
4. Instead of " How was it made " CLICK ON: "Add to my workbooks"
5. Choose a workbook (The one you created or whichever you choose but remember which one)
6. Open the workbook where you added it
7. Find the exercise (worksheet) you want to see the answers
8. Hoover the mouse over the TOP RIGHT CORNER - "A menu will appear"
9. Click " EDIT " on that menu
10. BINGO 🙌😁 You will see the answers there. 👍✨ Follow me @MR_STRONGMAN on Tiktok

Note: I believe this was done so that our students can't see the answers because some are so clever and they created teacher accounts just to see the answers and cheat in our assignments. 👀😬
Well, I hope this has been useful for you.
My best regards,
Mr Strongman
