Issues
Hello! May I kindly ask you when you can fix all issues?
1 my students can't join from my site
2 my students can't see workbooks though they are assigned
3 i can't upload a worksheet and start the process to make it interactive
4 mp3 doesn't work in old worksheets
5 i can't see any notifications when my student finishes the worksheet
6 when i go to notification i can't see the results. I have to join to student's account to check
Will wait impatiently all your recommendations because i am desperate

Hi Zoya, thank you for your feedback.
#1 - if you are using embedded login ask your students to use username to login (not an email). We are working on adding email to that form now.
#2 - we can't confirm the issue. Could you please provide more insides. Try to remove and add them again and let me know if still a problem. Could that be connectivity issue?
#3 - we can't confirm the issue, please let me know if that is on all worksheets or it was sporadic.
#4 - the fix should be in a couple of days
#5,6 - we are working on extending a notification functionality.

Hi Zoya,
About #1: I took another look at the issue you mentioned. I visited your website and, guess what - using your Login form logged into LW as a student. Just like I mentioned earlier, the LW Login form works fine on my website. Today, I added it to another site and the testing results gave no trouble. The problem seems to be that Google sees your site as "Not Secure" or "Dangerous." So, before logging in, a warning message pops up. This might make your students uneasy. If they notice and click "Send Anyway" under the big warning, they'll be logged in. That is what I did. But usually, it's not a good idea to play around with online security. If it concerns you, I suggest asking an IT expert for help. If not, you could just link your website to Liveworksheets instead of using the embedded Login form.
