Sleep is Essential for Teenagers

So, I recommend that teenagers should go to bed early and sleep at least 8 hours every night. Getting enough sleep will make them healthier, happier, and more successful in school.

I believe that sleep is essential for teenagers. Many students nowadays stay up late playing games, watching videos, or scrolling on their phones. As a result, they often feel tired and cannot focus in class.

Sleep is important for both physical and mental health. When we sleep well, our body repairs itself and our brain works better. Without enough sleep, students are more likely to get sick and perform poorly in school.
