Author's Instructions
Student Instructions – Badminton Activity 1. Stand in pairs and make sure there is enough space between you and other groups. 2. Hold the racket correctly: relax your grip, keep your thumb and index finger forming a “V”. 3. Start with a gentle warm-up, including wrist circles and light footwork steps. 4. When you hear the signal, practice basic serves: low serve for control, high serve for distance. 5. Return your partner’s shuttle using a simple forehand stroke—focus on accuracy, not power. 6. Switch roles every 5 hits: server becomes receiver and receiver becomes server. 7. Pause immediately if the shuttle falls near another group to avoid accidents. 8. At the end of the session, collect all equipment and return it to the designated spot.
